The United Royalties Spooktacular is a family-friendly Halloween celebration featuring a haunted house, costume contest, Cauldron Creations cook-off, and festive activities for the whole community. 🎃👻

The United Royalties Spooktacular Fast Facts:

Get ready for an afternoon of frights, bites, costumes, and community fun! United Way of the Mohawk Valley and Utica Royalties are teaming up for a family-friendly Halloween celebration on October 17 from 2–6 PM at the Utica Royalties building at the Veteran Outreach Center.

Choose Your Spooky Fun

  • The Haunted House

    What to Expect: Take a walk through our haunted house and see what spooky surprises are waiting around every corner. Bring your courage—and maybe a friend to hold onto!

  • Costume Contest

    Who Can Join: Come dressed to impress in your Halloween best!

    How It Works: Show off your creativity and compete for prizes while celebrating Halloween with the community. Costumes of all kinds are welcome, so get creative, get spooky, or just make us laugh!

  • Cauldron Creations Cook-Off

    What’s Cooking: Soups, stews, chili, curries, and other hearty creations are all welcome in our cauldron.

    How It Works: Local cooks bring their best savory creation and compete for Spooktacular bragging rights. Come hungry and see which Cauldron Creation rises to the top!

  • Family Activities

    What to Expect: Enjoy Halloween-themed activities throughout the afternoon, including pumpkin decorating and plenty of festive fun for kids and families.
