Coming Soon: Empowering Local Programs to Expand Their Impact

United Way of the Mohawk Valley (UWMV) is excited to announce a new Mini-Grant Series launching this December. This initiative is designed to help local organizations increase their reach, strengthen programs, and better serve our community.

The Mini-Grant Series will provide smaller-scale funding opportunities to support innovative, high-impact projects that align with UWMV’s focus areas:

  • Health & Wellness: Programs that improve physical and mental health, food security, and access to care.
  • Economic Stability: Initiatives that promote workforce development, financial literacy, housing support, or other strategies that help families thrive.
  • Community Responsiveness: Projects that strengthen local support networks, emergency preparedness, or programs addressing urgent community needs.

Who Can Apply

Non-profits, faith-based organizations, and government agencies serving the Oneida and Herkimer counties are encouraged to apply.
