United Way of the Mohawk Valley Funded Partners

United Way of the Mohawk Valley (UWMV) is committed to investing in programs that create lasting impact in our community. Every two years, we invite local agencies to apply for funding to support initiatives that align with our mission of improving Health & Wellness, Economic Stability, and Community Responsiveness for individuals and families in the Mohawk Valley. These partners become our Funded Partners.

Becoming a UWMV Funded Partner offers more than just financial support. Agencies gain opportunities for collaboration, increased visibility, and access to valuable resources that enhance their impact.

Eligible organizations must demonstrate how their programs address community needs and drive measurable outcomes. The 2025-2027 Funded Partner Application timeframe was open May 1st – 31st, 2025, and is now closed.

Funded Partners Cycle

Successful applications will be funded from July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026. A second year of funding will be offered to programs that achieve their outcome objectives in the first year as long as UWMV’s 2025 fundraising campaign is successful. This longer funding cycle minimizes the labor required to complete the application process.

Note: The goal of extending funding for two years based on one application is not guaranteed.
