Meet Kyndall
As our Coordinated Entry Specialist, originally from California, she discovered her passion for helping people while working at a rehabilitation facility, which inspired her to move to New York and dedicate her career to service.
At the Rescue Mission of Utica, Kyndall was the first woman to work as a case manager in the men’s shelter, helping residents connect to housing and essential services. She later ran a program for individuals transitioning from incarceration, coordinating with parole, probation, courts, and local providers to create personalized support plans.
In her role with Coordinated Entry, Kyndall uses her hands-on experience and community connections to help vulnerable individuals achieve stability and build brighter futures.
